Welcome to Talladay Farms!

The 2009 maze is closed for the season.  Thank you for coming out and we will see you again next year!

The theme for the 2009 corn maze is "Dinosaurs".  Check out the new photos!  Maze #1 features the Pterodactyl and exits out the Brontosaurus.  This is the easier of the 2 mazes, taking about 30-45 minutes to complete.  Maze #2 features the Triceratops, T-Rex and exits out the Brontosaurus.  This Maze is a little more difficult, taking about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.  For one price, you can tackle both mazes as many times as you like.

Maps are in sealed envelopes and cost $1.  We have checkpoints throughout the maze.  If you get lost, you can find a checkpoint and look on your map at the correlating numbers to figure out where you are.  If you make it through the mazes without opening the map, you get your dollar back.  We  will also have letters on the checkpoints.  If you can find all of the checkpoints and write down each letter that is at the checkpoints, your name will be submitted for a grand prize drawing at the end of the season!

We will have a separate haunted maze Friday and Saturday nights through the month of October!

There are many activities planned for the maze.  There is a straw bale maze for the little kids to go through.  We will have a wide assortment of LED glow products for sale.  Of course we will have the popular lookout tower.

We also offer bonfires for larger groups.  Hurry and reserve the bonfire for your group because the firepits fill up fast and they only cost $0.25 per person in addition to the corn maze admission price.

We also have hot food and concessions available for sale.

Right next door to the maze is Wasem Fruit Farm.  Check out their website at www.wasemfruitfarm.com.   At the farm,  you can pick your own apples and pumpkins and enjoy homemade donuts and apple cider.  The maze and orchard make a nice trip together and we are only a 5 minute walk away from each other.

Come give us a try, we think you will love it.  It's a perfect event for families, parties, church groups, field trips, and friends, young and old alike.

Our corn maze is a different way for people to come out to the country and enjoy the outdoors.

We designed the maze using a special software. We then used a gps receiver tied into our laptop to follow our position in the maze while cutting it out with a mower. We usually cut the maze out in mid June.  The corn maze is cut into twenty-seven acres of corn with around 7.5 miles of total paths inside the maze. This does not mean that you will have to walk that far to get out of the maze.
